Rates for Service:
Shift Minimums:
Assistance with daily supportive services, including the following, but not limited to:
Assistance with daily supportive services, in addition to personal care services, including the following, but not limited to:
- Bathing assistance
- Dressing assistance
- Transferring
- Toileting/elimination assistance
- Personal grooming
- 12-hour sleepover shifts
- 24 hour live-in Personal Attendant
(Attendant must be able to sleep a minimum of six hours each shift.)
Advanced Home Health Care accepts private pay in addition to select long term insurance plans as payer sources.
Rates are current as of 01/01/2006 and are subject to change at the discretion of AHHC management.
Range from $19.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on the location and the client’s needs.

Outside Carson City we have (3) three to (4) four hour minimums.
Note: Depending on distance from the office, determined on a case-by-case basis.

Companion/Housekeeper:
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Escort services to and from appointments
- Laundry tasks
- Shopping and errands
